My friend has been using an RCA tablet for a few years, he never faced any issues until one day when it was not turning on.

RCA Tablet Not Turning On
If your RCA tablet is not turning on it could be due to software glitches. To fix it you need to insert a pin in the hole back side of the tablet. - Hold the power button of your tablet for 10 seconds. If it’s not turning on, press the power button for 30 seconds.

Remove Battery and Attach Again

Take the screw driver and open the screws on the bottom of the tablet.
Use another opening tool to snap off the back cover from the screen.

Replace Battery
